And if you cannot wait for tomorrow why not have a go at our pre-crop challenge.

August Inspired by Challenge

Hello, we meet again for another "Inspired by" Challenge.  Due to the forthcoming cybercrop this weekend I thought I would bring you the August Inspired by challenge a little early.

How are you inspired by the image below? Does it make you want to create a layout featuring elements or colours from the image? However you are inspired do share it with us for a chance to win a £5 atdml voucher. This is quite a funky one so I am looking forward to seeing what you all come up with!

I am thinking music and splats and a creation of colour from the centre of the page... lets see what we all come up with.

As always this challenge is open until the end of the month.

Cyber Crop Photo Requirements (2)

Apologies for the delay but following on from last weeks post, here are the remaining class photo sizes for our forthcoming film themed cybercrop.

Class 5 - Ann
Layout 1 - Interactive layout with between 4-8 photos each measuring 4"x4" but these need to have been printed out 6x4 size with white edges. You can make this work with 6"x4" (landscape) photos so long as the central 4" is the main focus of your images.

Layout 2 - One 4"x4" photo

Class 6 - Jane
This class is a mini-book with room for about 25 landscape 6"x4" photos which can be added later

Class 13 - Jane
Another mini-book class with a 2"x3" portrait photo on the front cover

Class 18 - Ann
Layout 1 - One 4"x4" photo

Layout 2 - One 4"x4" photo (mine is black and white) - A 4"x6" photo would also work for this page.

We look forward to welcoming you to all the fun next Friday 18th August at 6pm but watch out for our trailer coming soon!

August's Scraplift Challenge

Hello, hello lovlies.

For August's scraplift challenge I have chosen this layout by Jane to scraplift.

Due to her very busy worklife Jane only occasionally adds projects to the gallery but every time she does I am in awe of her creativity.  This month we are so lucky to have a huge selection of her work in the August Gallery and I seriously recommend you pop over and have a look - you will be as amazed as I was, especially with the Sherlock Holmes board game!

I thought the punched and folded border was such a lovely idea, and of course my lovely Kiera had to be the star of the show.  I used my Silhouette to cut out some flowers and leaves to replicate the G45 die cut ones that Jane used, fussy cut some butterflies and my page was complete.

As always, I am really excited to see what you come up with this month.

The ATDML gallery can be found on the 'Information' section -  at the right-hand side of the ATDML shop site .

Happy Scraplifting x

Graphic 45 Gallery Highlights

This months gallery is packed with Graphic 45, and Jane has made loads of beautiful items, so here is just a peak of some of the goodies that are in there.  First up is a beautiful set of tags, one for each month of the year - so much cutting and layering!

With the scrap lift in mind I love this layout about Bridget, with the tartan elements and flowers and pretty lace border to the circle.

Another beautiful Christmas creation, complete with a jewelled Christmas tree at the centre which would look gorgeous on any mantel piece.

Another favourite I couldn't leave out is this Sherlock Holmes game - how beautiful is that?

Here is one of my favourite pages from this month - I really love the Natures Sketchbook collection ad all the beautiful elements you can cut out...and the fantastic pre-die-cut flowers that co-ordinate perfectly.

Here is the link for the Gallery so you can check out all the other beautiful projects.
